Shane Wells
Owner
Bio: Shane Wells is a native of Fort Lupton, CO. He graduated from Colorado State University in 1989. Shane immediately set his career in motion with several of Denver’s leading, high volume commercial contractors. After two decades of managing projects exceeding $427 million Shane became frustrated with the lack of communication these big builders had with their clients.
Knowing he could provide better service to clients, Shane took his twenty years of experience and created a different breed of commercial construction. At Apex Industries you’re never passed off to another supervisor, coordinator or manager. This “Single Point Contact” is the Apex difference.
From project conception to completion, your project is Shane’s project. He is the company owner, YOUR General Contractor and he will get the job done right.
